When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–2 days in Belgium, and within 7 days across Europe. For pre-order items, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email after your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
