Returns

We hope you love your new items just as much as we do! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Pre-Orders ( with shipping ) and in policy

Items marked as pre-order require additional processing time. Please note that pre-orders take approximately 4–5 weeks to be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier this refers to dispatch time, not delivery within 4–5 days.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped first, and the pre-order items will follow once they're ready.

Standard shipping times apply once each item is dispatched. We appreciate your patience and support as we prepare your order with care.

REFUNDS / COUPON CODE

Items being assessed for faults must be returned to Velocité Activewear before a refund can be approved.

Please note, Velocité Activewear is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

Incorrect address

Velocité Activewear is not responsible for any missing parcels, including those lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return has been accepted, we'll ship your preferred item as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, while Velocité Activewear will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in original condition unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
